Bring your babies and toddlers along with you to my exciting daytime singing group for Mums, Dads and Grandparents of babies and young children across Worcestershire. The sessions are time for YOU with no need for childcare.

Melody Mums has helped dozens of new mums in the local community by giving them a chance to be themselves again and let off some much-needed steam through song.
Since launching in Cutnall Green (Droitwich, Worcestershire) I’m proud to say Melody Mums Singing Group has gone from strength to strength.
My mums come along, grab a free cup of tea and a biscuit and place their babies in the middle of the room on the mats with toys while we sing uplifting pop songs. Older children usually bring along some toys they enjoy and sit with their mums.

I decided to set up Melody Mums soon after becoming a mum myself. There is such a profound life shift motherhood brings and, seeing the struggles other mummy friends were facing too, I thought it was a good idea to use what I love to do (singing & music making) to create an opportunity to help other mums do something for themselves.
Mums are usually always looking to do activities to entertain their babies and young children. I just wanted to change the focus back on to the mum.
Singing is amazing for new mum’s general wellbeing. One of my mums told me that coming to the baby friendly singing group is the only thing she actually looks forward to all week. She has postnatal depression.
